These terms describe purchases of Zqvpxk.com™ placemats at zqvpxk.com from Beijing Guangqi Liandong Technology Co., Ltd. Read the product listing and checkout details together with these terms before ordering.
Orders and payment
An order acknowledgment confirms that we received your request. Availability and payment checks may still be required. If we cannot fulfill an item or must correct a material error before accepting it, we will contact you and will not retain payment for goods we cancel. Payment options and currency are shown at checkout.
What you are purchasing
The selected listing specifies the item, color, and set quantity. Props shown for styling are excluded unless expressly included. Minor variations in shade or finish do not change your rights if goods are defective or materially misdescribed. Material composition, dimensions, care instructions, and any heat-resistance claims must be checked on the specific product listing; these properties should not be assumed from photographs.
Prices, delivery, and changes
Review the final checkout total, including disclosed shipping and taxes. Additional destination import charges may apply as described in the Shipping Policy. Contact us quickly to request an order change or cancellation. We will confirm whether fulfillment has progressed too far to make the requested change.
Returns and refunds

Damaged, defective, or incorrect placemats
Do not use goods that arrive damaged. Notify us with the order details and any safely obtained photos. We will arrange the remedy required by applicable law. Conditions or costs applicable to voluntary change-of-mind returns do not override rights relating to defective or incorrect goods.
Safe use and consumer rights
Follow the care instructions for the specific item. Keep placemats away from open flames, and do not place hot cookware on them unless the listing expressly confirms suitability for that use. Nothing in these purchase terms removes mandatory cancellation rights, product guarantees, or other statutory remedies. Where a legal entitlement is more favorable than a store rule, that entitlement prevails.
